Corporate Profile

The Company has 32 industrial units, of which three protein processing plants – one in Brazil and two in Argentina -, 25 cattle slaughtering and deboning plants, strategically located in six Brazilian states, in Paraguay, in the cities of Asunción, San Antonio, Tablada, and Belén, in Uruguay, in the cities of Melo, Canelones, and Montevidéu, in Argentina, in the cities of Rosário, Pilar, Berazategui, Colonia Caroya, and Venado Tuerto, and in Colombia, in the cities of Bucaramanga and Ciénaga de Oro, close to the ports from which its products are exported, as well as to the main domestic markets, in addition to four sheep plants in Australia. The Company exports to more than 100 countries on five continents through 11 commercial offices and operates 14 distribution centers, 11 of which in Brazil, 1 in Paraguay, 1 in Argentina, and 1 in Chile.

Production Plants and Logistics

Minerva Foods’ deboning capacity is higher than its slaughter capacity, thereby ensuring flexibility in the production process, allowing it to process its own cattle, as well as carcasses acquired from third parties, thereby maximizing profitability, given that processing is the activity that adds most value to beef.
